Ceramic Design Group offers highly specialized services for custom ceramic design and small volume manufacturing for the giftware, tabletop, art, and ceramics industries. Our in-house capabilities include design, all aspects of plaster, gypsum, and rubber mold, model, and die making, slip casting, jigger/jolly production, and hydraulic pressing. We are specialists in ceramic design and small volume production.
We also provide consulting services for clay body and glaze development, formulation and adjustments. Our knowledge base covers earthenware, terra cotta, whiteware, porcelain and stoneware.

Ceramic Design Group is a complete design and manufacturing facility for the ceramic arts, tabletop and giftware industries occupying approximately 3000 square feet of space with an additional offsite warehouse for inventory and storage. We also have a complete ceramics educational and teaching facility housed within our plant. Classes in wheel throwing, hand-building, clay and glaze calculation and theory are part of the curriculum at the Alpine Campus of Colorado Mountain College in Steamboat Springs. In addition, we are pleased to offer workshops with noted ceramics artists and professionals as well as specific courses of study. Please inquire for scheduling. |
