Melissa’s hand painted ceramics are one of a kind hand painted originals including Vintage Grape, Cherries Jubilee, Summer Harvest, Olive, and her Hand Sculpted Collections are collector pieces.

Melissa completed her MFA in Florence, Italy. Prior to her studies in Florence Melissa lived in central and South America for ten years and she had the opportunity to study and explore first hand pre-Columbian cultures.“Sifting through the sands of time, no matter what the area of the world, pottery tells us more about a people than perhaps any other artifact. I have been influenced by all the cultures where I have lived, but I bring to the table what I believe to be truly classic and universal designs with the freedom and casualness of the California style.”
